Positive: I loved everything about the hotel: 1. The location is perfect — right in the center of the old city, with all the main sights and facilities very close by. 2. The room was beautifully authentic, clean, and equipped with everything you might need. 3. The service was outstanding. All the managers made me feel at home, and as a solo female traveler, that sense of safety was especially important. They were all so helpful and caring. 4. The breakfast was very good, more than enough for a full meal. Basically, I loved everything about it.

Summary: To sum up, it was my first time visiting Baku, and this hotel along with the people there made my experience even better
